钟焱莉校长毕业于北京师范大学，拥有古典文学硕士学位。她是一位经验丰富的学术带头人，拥有 20 多年的海内外国际教育教学管理经验。她从事 ib 教学近二十年，是ib大学预科中文项目的全球主考官。

她曾任职于北京京西学校、印尼金光国际学校、北京鼎石学校和北京青苗国际双语学校等国内外ib国际和ib双语学校，从一线教师到学部校长再到大校长。她曾是3所ib双语学校的创校成员和校长。

钟校怀着对教育的满腔热情，与团队共同致力于培养未来富有创新精神和责任担当的具有国际视野的中国青年。

clifford prisament校长来自美国纽约，毕业于特拉华大学，本科主修东亚研究，曾在北京师范大学交流学习，拥有mba学历。

他曾在上海中学国际部任教了五年，后在美国的大型教育公司（berlitz和princeton review）任高层管理工作10年，负责运营、教师团队管理和战略工作等。在此期间，他获得校长和大学招生官等任职资格。他曾多次往返中国，辅导中国学生申请美国大学。

mr. prisament校长相信，每个学生是独一无二的，学校和家长要引导孩子们发现自己的兴趣和特长，并激发其学习热情。他鼓励所有的孩子成为有创造力、有适应性和有独立思考能力的人。他对教育的热忱和经验会给学校带来建设性的发展。

alan jovern lim老师本科毕业于悉尼音乐学院作曲系，后在新英格兰大学取得教育学（tesol/多媒体教育）硕士学位。

他是ibdp的毕业生，也是一位高素质的具有国际教学背景的音乐/知识论（tok）/数字社会（ds）负责老师，拥有超过20年的ib、国际普通中等教育证书（igcse）和澳大利亚课程教学经验。在过去的17年里，他一直是ib教育工作者，他也是ibo学校认证官、培训官、文件审阅官，ibdp音乐主考官、dp课程审核员和研讨会负责人。作为学校的课程总监和大学预科协调员，他将用自己的专业度，带领学校的ibdp教育走上新的高度。

李锐灵老师毕业于法国图卢兹一大，曾在法国求学和就业十余载。拥有工商管理和应用外语双学士学位、国际企业管理硕士研究生学位。

在过往的寄宿管理工作中，她和孩子们一起策划创立了丰富多彩的学生组织、成长项目和课外活动。她辅导的学生曾在美国学术十项全能竞赛（usad）中国赛区中获得全国科学金奖，她个人也被评选为中国赛区“优秀教练奖”。作为学生会、学生俱乐部和院舍制的指导老师，她指导孩子们设立开展学习互助项目、学生创业项目和学生社团巡展等活动。

李锐灵老师认为寄宿学校是一个寄宿教师与学生们共同打造的学习型生活社区。寄宿教育发展体系与学术成长体系一起，才能构成完整的全人教育理念。

在您聆听讲座的同时，孩子们可以在操场上参加我们的飞盘活动。

飞盘是一项新奇、活泼，充满变化和挑战性的运动。只要有一片空旷的场地就能让人开心地锻炼与玩耍——飞盘运动因为其兼顾娱乐与竞技，崇尚男女平等的特性，受到了人们的关注与喜爱。

飞盘运动中运用到的跑、跳、投掷等基本动作，可以提高参与者身体肌肉的成熟度和手脚协调性。也可以帮助培养孩子们拼搏的精神。飞盘比赛中“盘不落地，永不放弃”的理念，鼓励参与者不要放弃每一次抓住飞盘的机会。在生活中面对困难时，学会不放弃，积极争取，最终完成自己的目标，实现梦想。

还准备了空白的飞盘，让小朋友们能够在运动之余，表达自己天马行空的创意与想法。活动结束后，孩子们可以将自己亲手制作的飞盘带回家！

ms. anna zhong holds a master’s degree in classical literature from beijing normal university. she is a highly experienced academic leader with 20 years of international teaching experience both in china and overseas, with many years of experience working in the international baccalaureate (ib). she is the global examiner of ib chinese program.

she has worked at western academy beijing, sinamas world academy, keystone academy, and beanstalk international bilingual school, and her positions ranged from front-line teacher to division principal to principal. she has been a founding member and principal of 3 ib bilingual schools.

with a passion for education, she is working with the team to cultivate innovative and responsible chinese youth with an international vision for the future.

mr. clifford prisament graduated from the university of delaware, the same university as president biden with a bachelor’s degree in east asian studies. he also has an mba in international business.

between 2005 and 2010, he taught for shanghai high school international division.  from 2010-2020, he worked in upper management for large educational companies including berlitz and the princeton review, overseeing their operations, teacher teams, and outreach strategy.  he also became a licensed school principal and expert on university admissions. during those years he came to many chinese cities to tell parents how to get into an american university.

mr. clifford prisament believes that every student is unique, and schools and parents should guide children to find their own learning enthusiasm. his hope is to encourage all students to be creative, diverse, and independent thinkers.  his enthusiasm and experience in education will bring constructive development to the school.

mr. alan jovern lim graduated from the sydney conservatorium of music which is one of the most prestigious schools in the music industry. he also holds a master’s degree in education (tesol / educational technology) from the new england university.

alan is an ibdp graduate and a highly qualified and internationally experienced teacher. he has over 20 years of teaching experience in the ib, igcse, and australian curriculum. he has been an ib educator for the past 17 years. as part of his role with ibo, he has been involved with ib head office as ibo school authorization committee, workshop leader, ibdp examiner, dp course auditor, and conference leader. alan’s extensive experience will see a strong and robust development of ib education in ningbo.

ms. shirley li graduated from université de toulouse 1 capitole. she studied and worked in france for more than ten years. she holds a double bachelor's degree in business administration and applied foreign language, and a master's degree in international business administration.

in her previous job, she worked with children to create a variety of student organizations, growth programs, and extracurricular activities. as the head coach, she witnessed the students win the national science gold medal, and she was selected as the “outstanding coach”. at the same time, she serves as a member of the student leadership team, studeinstitut national des sciences appliqueesnt club, and house system to guide students in setting up the peer education program, the start-up entrepreneurship program, and the student club fair.

ms. shirley li considers that boarding is a learning community built by boarding teachers and students. the boarding education development system together with the academic growth system constitutes a complete holistic education concept.

frisbee, a sport of novelty and liveliness, changes and challenges, is growing tremendously. as long as there is an empty field, people can exercise and play happily. frisbee has attracted people's attention and love because of its characteristics of entertainment, competition, and advocating equality between men and women.

the basic movements used in frisbee, such as running, jumping, and throwing can improve the participants' muscle maturity and hand- feet coordination. frisbee can also help children develop a fighting spirit. the concept of "never giving up" in frisbee competitions encourages participants not to give up at every opportunity to catch a frisbee. in the face of difficulties in life, this teaches them not to give up, actively strive for, and finally complete their goals and realize their dreams.

we also prepared blank frisbees so that the children could express their creative ideas while exercising. after activities, children can take home their own frisbee.
