4月20日5:49，经长达21小时的救援，搁浅在宁波象山石浦海域的抹香鲸，在渔政船的牵引和护航下，成功抵达目的海域，渔政船已经切断牵引绳，将抹香鲸成功放归大海。

4月19日早上6点左右，一条长达19米的大鲸鱼搁浅在象山石浦工业园区附近海域，距离海岸大约2公里。由于上午正处于退潮期，救援人员难以将其拖入深海，于是就地展开了救护工作。
the 19-meter sperm whale was stranded on the coast 2 km from shipu town, xiangshan county at around 6 am on april 19. given the difficulty of towing the whale out to sea at low tide, rescuers focused on helping the whale survive where it had beached.
海洋与渔业执法、应急救援、港区派出所、水生野生救助、石浦镇政府、救援志愿者团队等市县两级多部门一起行动，用各种办法让鲸鱼维持良好的生命体征。

18点多开始涨潮，现场人员及时退场。20点30分，海水涨到一定程度后，海洋与渔业执法队、应急救援等部门开始驾船靠近鲸鱼，准备进行拖拉帮助其回到深海。
rescuers retreated further ashore as the tide began to swell at around 6 pm. at 8:30 pm, when the water level had risen high enough, the marine and fishery law enforcement and emergency responders approached the whale on fishing vessels and prepared to tow it into deeper waters.
21点多，救援人员通过之前已经系在鲸鱼身上的绳索，通过船只拖拉，慢慢地将其拖向海的深处。
around 9 pm, using special cables attached to the whale earlier in the day, a fishing vessel slowly pulled the whale out to sea.
23时50分左右，被牵引的抹香鲸已经到了约9米深的水域。抹香鲸身体逐渐恢复了活力，不断喷出水雾。
at 11:50 pm, reaching 9-meter-deep waters, the sperm whale gradually regained its strength and began blowing spray out of its blowhole.
对于鲸鱼来说，放归海域深度需要达到20米以上。于是救援人员继续慢慢地将鲸鱼往外海拖拉。为了不伤及鲸鱼，拖拉的速度也比较缓慢。
the fishing vessel continued to tow, heading for waters with a depth of 20 meters, the minimum depth for a safe release. the vessel sailed at low speed to avoid injuring the whale.
经过8小时的拖拉，终于把抹香鲸拖到离搁浅水域约20海里的南韭山附近水域进行放生。5:49，抹香鲸消失于海面上，长达21小时的救援成功了！
after an 8-hour journey, the whale was finally released near nanjiushan island, 20 nautical miles away from the shallows. at 5:49 am on april 20, the saved whale disappeared into the sea, marking the successful conclusion of the 21-hour rescue effort.
此次救援行动，累计出动救援执法船艇12艘，出动救援人员200余人。
