we are facing a tough time right now. the outbreak of coronavirus occurred in beilun. some of us are stuck at home. to prevent further spread of the disease, i do hope that you can follow these guidelines.

1/ stay informed about the disease. please follow official information given by the local authorities, do not trust or spread rumors.

2/ protect your health. wear a medical mask when going out and maintain good hygiene practices.

3/ minimize outdoor activities. please cancel group activities. and avoid using public transportation.

4/ participate in the joint efforts for prevention and control of the disease. please comply with the demands of the government.

we are currently taking all the necessary measures to fight the epidemic. my dear friends, this is a war with virus, doubts, and fears, but we shall all be the fighters. we are certain to win this battle.

我们现在正经历着艰难时刻，北仑新冠疫情突发，我们中的一部分人目前隔离在家。为了防止疾病传播，希望大家遵守以下建议：

2、做好自我防护。外出请佩戴口罩，并保持良好个人卫生习惯。

3、减少外出活动。请减少聚集活动，避免乘坐公共交通工具。
